Look at Some of the Great New Products!

Last week we attended the Natural Foods Trade Show, and it was huge! So many great, creative companies with wonderful products and ideas! Here is just a tiny sampling of the many, many products that we previewed for you! Watch for some of these in your local Lassen's in the coming months.
I love Theo Chocolate. They have some really creative combinations, and I got to taste some new ones!
Natural Snacking continues to be a big category for inventiveness in the industry. These had some added grains for more nutrition!
I am not a huge banana fan--I'd rather eat an apple--but these banana snacks were terrific.
Quinoa, Amaranth, and Teff--three wonderful grains to add to your diet!
These were new Organic Protein shakes from Stonyfield. I'll definitely watch for these!
Goat's milk gives a nice flavor profile to cheddar cheese, and Redwood Hill Farm is a Lassen's favorite.
Raw Fruit and Nut bars are a great snack. You know you are getting nutrition, and not just empty calories, with these bars!
Have we talked enough about Apple Cider Vinegar? Bragg has some flavored vinegar drinks that are just really refreshing!
Julie's Organic Coconut ice cream--fabulous!
I loved this Yogi tea display--it's really neat to see the ingredients in their natural form!
Organic Purple Corn tortilla chips and salsa? Sign me up!
This is great bread, and this year Manna has introduced these nut butters as well.
Cashew Cacoa Cooke Dough? Wow. Can't wait to try that one!
Amy's introduced some coconut ice cream, too. Gluten and Dairy Free, Vegan, and of course non-GMO (Organic is always non-GMO!)
Pizza is always a big-crowd draw, and Amy's booth was no exception!
These seaweed crisps were quite tasty!
Kind bars are a real favorite, and their granola was fantastic.
Cedar Lane is a company that has a long history, and their salads continue to be favorites.

These morning rounds are great for sandwiches of all kinds. And now Ozery Bakery is producing a snacking size!
Sahale Snacks has been a pioneer in interesting taste combinations--hot and sweet and savory. Yum!

Matt's Munchies has real fruit leather snacks! And the sprinkle of coconut on top was really great.
